We Specialize in Wedding Receptions and Ceremonies, Birthday Parties, Religious Celebrations, Anniversary Parties, and Professional Business Meetings. Here at Heritage Harbor , we are prepared to provide you with the highest standard of personalized service, and an outstanding variety of menu items from which to choose. No matter what the occassion or size, our staff will make your day a memorable one.
For weddings, Heritage Harbor can offer the intimacy and charm that creates a day to remember for the bride and groom. There are scenic views from the clubhouse of the waterways and wetlands; the golf course itself can be used as the velvety green backdrop for a ceremony or for memorable photos of the wedding party. The 11,000-square-foot clubhouse with its Gulf Coast plantation style and nautical feeling has rooms with country-contemporary style furnishings and decorative touches that can make guests feel as if they’re in a home rather than a banquet area.
Up to 175 people can be accommodated for events in our clubhouse. Our Culinary Staff can customize a menu to fit any and all tastes, while keeping in mind budgetary concerns.

Please contact the Club (813) 949-6841 or email@example.com at the earliest possible time to reserve space for your event. We will need all general details, to include the date, time, number of people and type of event desired.
Once the details of your event have been finalized, you will receive a confirmation sheet to be signed and returned at the earliest possible time. This process helps ensure the successful completion of the event according to your individual specifications.
A wide selection of linens are available. Quotes can be given with or without Linen Included. Restrictions do apply.*
To ensure the smooth progression of your function, servers will be provided for all events. A service charge of twenty percent will be charged on all food and beverage to satisfy this provision.
Heritage Harbor will be happy to assist with any wedding arrangements you desire. We work with musicians, disc jockeys, florists, bakers and limousine drivers, and can recommend wonderful professionals to further enhance your event.
Special Occasion Cakes
You are welcome to provide your own cake from a known and reputable bakery with the purchase of food and beverage.
Set-up & Clean- Up
Heritage Harbor reserves the right to charge an appropriate cleaning charge if the condition of the room after an event deems this necessary.
No outside alcoholic beverages are permitted to be brought in for consumption or distribution. All alcohol is required to be purchased from Harbor Terrace Restaurant.
Service Charges and Taxes
Prices are subject to a twenty-percent service charge and seven percent state sales tax. Tax-exempt customers will need to provide their tax exemption certificate one week before the event.
Food and Beverages
Menu selections must be received at least TEN days prior to the event and confirmed or otherwise stated. Wedding information is due a minimum of 10 days prior to the event. Vegetarians, Vegans and guests with food allergies will be accommodated with advance notice or whenever feasible at the time of service. All food and beverages consumed on club premises must be purchased from Harbor Terrace Restaurant, with the exception of a cake. Food may not be removed from the premises due to state health and HeritageHarbor regulations. In accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, Harbor Terrace Restaurant will not serve alcoholic beverages to persons under the age of 21.
Should the age of a guest be in question, proper identification will be required. Consumption of alcoholic beverages by minors will necessitate staff intervention and will not be tolerated. All alcoholic beverages must be purchased from and served by an employee of Harbor Terrace Restaurant. We reserve the right to refrain from serving alcoholic beverages to intoxicated guests.
All decoration details must be discussed for approval prior to the function. Staples, tacks and nails are not permitted. Should you wish you bring a special cake knife, toasting goblets, place cards, etc., simply let us know and we can secure the items in our offices. Speak to your event coordinator for details. All decorations and proper cleanup must be completed in the allotted contracted time. If you have decorations that are time consuming please take this into consideration with timing. Any additional time past contracted hours are subject to additional room rental fee. Rooms must be left in condition that it was received. Any and all damages will be the sole responsibility of the Event representative. No confetti , glitter, or any such decoration is permitted under any circumstances. All decorating contractor ‘s are required to submit a copy of thier valid liability insurance 10 days prior to ANY decorating.
Decorations are limited to arms reach only. An insured contractor is required to place any decorations in our vaulted ceilings due to liability.
